About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Anaplan models to support critical business planning and decision-making processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient Anaplan solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning, forecasting, and reporting needs.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured Anaplan solutions using industry best practices.
• Implement data integrations between Anaplan and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouses, etc.).
• Maintain existing models and optimize performance, formulas, and dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
• Document model design, technical specifications, and process flows.
• Support end-users through training, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Anaplan Model Builder / Developer.
• Anaplan Model Builder certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Anaplan functions, formulas, modules, lists, dashboards, and UX.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with external systems (e.g., via APIs, Anaplan Connect, Informatica, MuleSoft).
• Solid understanding of business processes in Finance, Sales, or Supply Chain planning.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Level 2/3 Anaplan Model Builder Certification.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting tools for data transformation.
• Previous experience in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) or FP&A solutions.
