This website, eliteepm.com, is operated by LEET EPM Private Limited ("EliteEPM", "we", "us"), registered at #160, 32nd Cross, 11th Main, Jayanagar 4th Block East, Bangalore 560011, India. We are an enterprise performance management consultancy and an Anaplan implementation partner. 

This policy explains what we do with personal information collected through this website and through our marketing activity.

2. What this policy does and does not cover 

This policy covers personal information we collect from visitors to this website and from people who contact us about our services. 

It does not cover information we process on behalf of clients during a consulting engagement. When we implement or support a planning platform, any personal data inside our client's systems is processed under the terms of the agreement with that client, not under this policy.

Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect:

• your first name and last name
• your job title 
• your work email address 
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it (this field is optional) 
• whether you ticked the box asking to hear more about EliteEPM's products and services 

If you email or call us directly, we also hold whatever you choose to tell us in that correspondence. 

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider may record technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring website. Where analytics is enabled, analytics tools may also collect usage information, subject to applicable consent requirements.

We do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or government identifiers through this website. 

4. Why we use it 

To respond to your enquiry. This is the main reason we hold contact details, and we need them to reply to you at all. 

To send you marketing about our services, but only if you ticked the opt-in box or otherwise agreed. You can withdraw that agreement at any time, and every marketing email will carry an unsubscribe link. 

To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it. This is aggregate analysis, not an attempt to identify individual visitors. 

To meet legal or regulatory obligations where they apply to us. 

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on consent for marketing and for analytics where consent is required; our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating and securing this website; and compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

• Webflow, which hosts this website and delivers our enquiry form submissions 
• website analytics providers, where analytics is enabled and subject to applicable consent requirements
• providers of email and enquiry management services and, where used, customer relationship management and marketing email services
• content delivery networks that serve fonts, scripts and images used by this site 

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim. 

7. International transfers 

Our service providers may store or process information outside the country you are in, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred across borders we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy and as required by applicable law. 

8. How long we keep it 

We keep enquiry information for 24 months after our last meaningful contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to keep it longer. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. 

9. Your rights 

Subject to the law that applies to you, you can ask us to: 

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy 
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete 
• delete your information, where we have no continuing reason to keep it 
• stop using your information for marketing, which we will always honour 
• withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it 

If the EU or UK GDPR applies to your information, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and receive or transfer your information in a portable format, where the applicable conditions are met.

This website is aimed at business professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
