END-TO-END IMPLEMENTATION

Some planning problems don't come with a template.

When the way you plan is specific to your business, the model should be too. We design and build from first principles - on Anaplan, with people who have done it before.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Designed for leaders responsible for operational and financial performance.

Business Process Owners

You run a planning process that nobody has built a product for. Sales capacity, network design, project margin, capital allocation - if it can be modelled, it can be planned properly.

Digital & Innovation Leads

You're looking for what to modernise next. Planning is usually the process still running on spreadsheets long after everything around it was replaced.

IT & Data Leaders

You'll be asked to support whatever gets built. Better that it's one governed platform your business teams can maintain themselves than another set of files you inherit.

THE CURRENT CHALLENGE

Every complex planning process eventually outgrows the tool it started in. The spreadsheet that worked for one team becomes twelve linked files, three people who understand them, and a number the business depends on that nobody can fully explain.

HOW WE DO IT

Design decisions first. Build second.

DISCOVERY & DESIGN

We understand the process before we model it.

Hierarchies, drivers, granularity, and how actuals land are the decisions that determine whether the model still works in year three. Our partners make them with you, in workshops, before anything gets built.

BUILD & ADOPTION

Built in the open, handed over deliberately.

Your team is in the model as it takes shape, not shown it at the end. By go-live they can change it themselves - and we stay through the first live cycles to prove that's true.

FAQ'S

Direct answers on rollout, scope, and delivery

Can't find what you're looking for? Talk to us.

We start by checking whether Anaplan already does it. Forecasting, consolidation, promotion planning, workforce - the standard capability is proven and stays current with the roadmap, so rebuilding it buys you nothing. We build from first principles where your process genuinely doesn't fit a standard shape, and we'll tell you which side of that line you're on during scoping.

Most things with drivers, constraints, and a number at the end. Beyond finance and supply chain, we've built for capacity, capital allocation, project margin, production scheduling, and network design. If you can describe how the process works today - even if that description is a spreadsheet - it can usually be modelled.

Typically 12–20 weeks from kickoff to first live cycle, depending on process complexity and data readiness. Discovery and design take a meaningful share of that, deliberately: the structural decisions are cheap to make early and expensive to revisit.

Only the sequence. We'll work through licensing and workspace sizing with you or your Anaplan account team before design starts, so the model is built for the capacity you'll actually have.

Worth deciding before anything is built rather than migrating later. Sparsity - a large dimensional structure that's mostly empty - is where Classic gets expensive, and bespoke models tend to be sparser than standard ones. We assess likely cell counts during design and recommend accordingly.

With enough design work up front to price it honestly. We run discovery before quoting a fixed price, so scope is agreed rather than discovered. Change requests exist for genuine changes, not for things we should have asked about in week one.

It's normal. Most planning processes live in people's heads and in files, not in documentation. Getting them articulated is part of the work - and it's usually the point at which teams realise which steps exist for good reasons and which are workarounds.

You maintain it. We build with your team in the model as it takes shape, and hand over structures they can change themselves. Independent research puts the reduction in IT effort to maintain planning models at around 95% versus spreadsheet-based processes - that's the standard we build to.

Ours. Every consultant is an Elite EPM employee, and the partner who scopes the work stays involved through go-live. Nothing is subcontracted.

We stay through the first live planning cycles, because that's when the real questions surface. After that, most clients move to a support arrangement or run it themselves.

WHY ELITE EPM

We don’t do bait-and-switch consulting

Continuity is the difference between a model that survives its first planning cycle and one that doesn't. We stay focused on Anaplan, build our own specialist team, and keep senior people close to the model from the first workshop through hypercare.

All in on one platform

Anaplan is our entire business, so the platform's roadmap is our roadmap. Our team is fully certified and building on Polaris today - and they understand how businesses plan, not just how to build in the tool

Seniority where it counts

Our partners stay hands-on after the contract is signed. They shape the design, challenge decisions that won't hold up, work the difficult problems, and carry accountability through go-live.

Built for direct collaboration

You get the experience needed for complex, multi-entity work without layers of account management or subcontracted delivery teams.

Some planning problems don't come with a template.

If your process doesn't fit standard Anaplan capability, tell us how it actually works today. We'll tell you honestly whether it can be modelled properly.
