FP&A
Forecasts your CFO actually trusts.
Faster planning cycles and a forecast that holds up in the boardroom. Direct integration with source systems gives finance teams real-time visibility into operational performance and dynamic drivers.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Designed for leaders responsible for operational and financial performance.

CFO
Walk into the board meeting knowing the numbers will hold up under questioning.

FP&A Lead
Own the rolling forecast, the scenarios, and the planning calendar - without waiting on anyone to rebuild the model.

Finance Transformation Head
Retire the spreadsheet estate and replace it with one planning environment finance runs itself.

THE CURRENT CHALLENGE
By the time the forecast is consolidated, it's describing a business that has already moved on. Finance spends the cycle assembling numbers rather than interrogating them, and the version that reaches the board is weeks behind the decisions it's meant to inform.
HOW WE DO IT
A plan finance builds, and a close finance can explain.

PLANNING & FORECASTING
Drivers in, forecast out.
Rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and scenarios built on the operational drivers that actually move the number - connected to source systems so a re-forecast is an afternoon's work, not a fortnight's.

REPORTING & ANALYSIS
The pack builds itself.
The pack builds itself. Plan, actual, and variance from one model, with the drill path back to what caused the movement, so the monthly cycle goes into explaining performance rather than assembling it.

Most core builds run 10–16 weeks from kickoff to first live cycle, depending on entity count and how clean the actuals feed is. The planning capability already exists in Anaplan, so the time goes into your driver structure, hierarchies, and integrations - not into building forecasting from nothing.
Both, deliberately. Rolling forecasts, driver-based planning, variance reporting, and consolidation logic are established in Anaplan and stay current with the roadmap. The work goes into what's genuinely yours: your drivers, your entity structure, your reporting lines, your calendar.
Usually not. Where a workforce, sales, or supply chain model already exists, FP&A should consume it rather than restate it - that's the point of connected planning. Where an existing model can't carry what finance needs, we'll say so and explain what it would take to restructure.
Anaplan draws actuals and structures from the systems that own them, rather than replacing them. ERP stays the book of record. Where consolidation currently happens in spreadsheets between systems, that's usually the part worth bringing into the plan.
Worth asking early. Multi-entity planning at cost centre × account × month gets sparse quickly, and sparsity is where Classic gets expensive. We assess likely cell counts during scoping and advise on the right engine before anything is configured.
Finance runs it. Anaplan is built for finance self-sufficiency - structures, drivers, and calendars can be maintained without IT involvement, and we build with your team in the model as it takes shape. Most clients are making their own changes before we leave.
Actuals from the GL, your chart of accounts and cost centre structure, headcount data, and whatever operational drivers the plan depends on. Most exists already, spread across systems. Aligning it is usually the longest part of the work, which is why we start there.
Ours. Every consultant is an Elite EPM employee, and the partner who scopes the work stays involved through go-live. Nothing is subcontracted.
We stay through the first live planning cycles, because that's when the real questions surface. After that, most clients move to a support arrangement or run it themselves - we set things up for the second and are happy with either.
Fixed price against a defined scope, with milestone payments. Support and enhancement work is quoted separately. We'd rather scope properly than quote a range and revise it.
WHY ELITE EPM
We don’t do bait-and-switch consulting
Continuity is the difference between a model that survives its first planning cycle and one that doesn't. We stay focused on Anaplan, build our own specialist team, and keep senior people close to the model from the first workshop through hypercare.
All in on one platform
Anaplan is our entire business, so the platform's roadmap is our roadmap. Our team is fully certified and building on Polaris today - and they understand how businesses plan, not just how to build in the tool
Seniority where it counts
Our partners stay hands-on after the contract is signed. They shape the design, challenge decisions that won't hold up, work the difficult problems, and carry accountability through go-live.
Built for direct collaboration
You get the experience needed for complex, multi-entity work without layers of account management or subcontracted delivery teams.
